Customs & Import Tax

Our FR orders will not increase taxes, value-added tax or other hidden fees. You pay us the amount you see on the order screen, which is the product subtotal + shipping.

But-in most countries, you must pay taxes or duties on imported goods. Sometimes, goods below a specific value or category are not taxed.

Each country has different regulations. Unfortunately, our sellers cannot understand the rules, regulations, customs, traditions, practices, loopholes, plans, systems, paperwork, norms, laws, or rulings of each country/region.

Therefore, we cannot and will not provide advice on taxation in your country. As a buyer, you are responsible for knowing this information before ordering.

If you have to pay import tax and/or additional duties and sales tax, then you must pay the courier after receiving the package. We cannot calculate it for you, nor can we prepay. If you are shipping on behalf of or sending a gift to someone, make sure they know that they may be required to pay taxes when they receive the goods.

Before completing the order, please know as much as possible about the import tax in your country. If you find information about the import tax situation in your country, and you think there are some ways to minimize the tax you have to pay (or exempt tax altogether), just pass the instructions (about labels, Packaging, declaration, invoice, etc.) in the comment field at checkout. Our sellers are more than happy to follow your instructions.
